General information:Alloy 1.4432 is an austenitic stainless steel with molybdenum, offering excellent corrosion resistance in aggressive environments such as seawater and acidic solutions. Due to its chemical composition, it is also resistant to intergranular corrosion.

Nickel: 12.50–15.00%
Molybdenum: 2.25–3.00%
Carbon: max. 0.030%
Silicon: max. 1.00%
Manganese: max. 2.00%
Phosphorus: max. 0.045%
Sulfur: max. 0.015%

Tensile strength: 520–700 MPa
Yield strength: 210–500 MPa
Elongation at break: 45–35%
Hardness: max. 220 HB

Melting point: 1398–1420°C
