Alloy 1.4913 is a heat-resistant ferritic steel alloy with excellent mechanical properties and high resistance to corrosion and oxidation. It is frequently used in high-temperature applications and is also known as X19CrMoNbVN11-1.

Molybdenum: 0.5–1.0%
Vanadium: 0.15–0.30%
Niobium: 0.20–0.60%
Nitrogen: 0.03–0.06%
Carbon: 0.03% max.
Manganese: 1.0% max.
Silicon: 1.0% max.
Phosphorus: 0.04% max.
Sulfur: 0.03% max.
Properties:
High resistance to corrosion and oxidation at elevated temperatures: Alloy 1.4913 offers excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation at temperatures up to 600°C.
Good mechanical properties at elevated temperatures: This alloy retains its strength and toughness at high temperatures and is therefore suitable for use in high-temperature applications such as power plants and gas turbines.
Good weldability: Alloy 1.4913 can be welded well and provides good strength and corrosion resistance after welding.
Good machinability: This alloy is easy to machine and can be formed and drilled easily.
